Direct suspension of the TRX Suspension Trainer™ allows an unlimited number of body positions that increase or decrease training motivation for any given exercise. If you don't have a horizontal anchor point, you can still attach the TRX Suspension Trainer to a vertical anchor point, such as a beam, pole, or tree trunk. * The stabilizer ring on the TRX Suspension Trainer™ should hang about 6 feet (1.8 m) off the ground, with the bottom of the foot mounts hanging about 3 inches (8 cm) off the ground when fully extended.
